Anapana Vipassana Retreat
The goal of Vipassana silent meditation is not the concentration of the mind but its complete purification by eradicating all mental impurities such as anger, hatred, passion, and fear. Vipassana is the analytical study of the mind and body (matter).

I am a single mom of two kids who went through a traumatic disorder followed by fear and depression after birth. I had an experience of misunderstanding life, absence of selfime, and helplessness. I am grateful to my friends for supporting me through the process of healing.
I started working with my traumas from childhood and healed myself through many different spiritual practices like Holistic breathing, Reiki, and the meditation of forgiveness. I started to believe in myself again and returned to my yoga practices.

I would like to share my terrible experience with insomnia that led me to depression. I seeked for help from all the doctors on both sides of the ocean and no one helped me with medication and psychotherapy.
I lost a willpower to live, and did not have the strength to fight this disease.
A miracle happened only when I realized that everything depends on you. More specifically, you have a reservoir of your own strength inside of you. I started going in the right direction with meditation, Reiki, and sound healing. I began with practicing 30 minutes a day. Within a month I already felt like returning back to myself after 2 years of terrible insomnia and depression. Within a year, I gained back all my power, and I am ready to help anyone who is going through trauma or various mental disorders, alcohol, and drug abuse issues.
